"A Time of refreshing" leaders conference

The evangelical church in the Middle East is small, in many places ill-equipped, pressured by the Islamic culture, in times of war, failing economies, cultural prejudices, as well as experiencing the day-to-day pressures of ministry.

The last year has been extremely difficult and dangerous. War between Israel and Hezbollah has drawn airstrikes in Beirut and across Lebanon. Kurdistan-Iraq is always under the threat of radical groups like ISIS, as well as the danger of being attacked by surrounding countries. Syria is suffering from renewed violence by Islamists against Christians and other minorities.



These Christian leaders remain faithful to their ministries, staying in place and often moving toward the areas of most suffering despite the increased stresses and risk to their safety. 

They are weary.



In Mark 6:31, Jesus called His disciples away for a time of rest because they were exhausted. These disciples also need a "Time of Refreshing" to give them the rest and renewed hope they need to stay in the fight!

FPI covers the cost of three days of lodging, food, transportation, and conference expenses.
To host both conferences, in Lebanon and Kurdistan-Iraq, we need to raise 75,000$

The cost to host one person is 300$, and to host a pastor and his wife is 500$.
