Dean has served as a pastor and missionary with the Evangelical Free Church for over 42 years. He graduated from Moody Bible Institute and Trinity International University and holds a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.

He has been married to Kris for 41 of those years and has three grown children and eight grandchildren.

Dean serves the global church through encouraging, equipping, and training ministry leaders.

He serves with FPI as a pastor-teacher at the “Time of Refreshing” pastors, wives, and leaders conferences in the Middle East, while also serving as a member of FPI’s global leadership team and board of directors.

Dean’s favorite pastime is riding his Valkyrie motorcycle, which gives him some great “wind therapy.” 

His passion is never to retire from serving Jesus and His church.
