Hope In The Fire: Standing With The Church In The Middle East

Frontier Partners International • July 7, 2025

War is raging across the Middle East. Conflict has erupted between Israel and Iran, Hezbollah in Lebanon, and Hamas in Gaza. Iran has just experienced a devastating earthquake. And now, the United States has entered the fray.

In the midst of all this chaos, we are not helpless.

We are working alongside brave men and women of God who are on the ground right now in Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Kurdistan-Iraq, and Iran. These believers are risking their safety to care for those in need—offering both physical aid and the eternal hope of Jesus Christ.

Their efforts include:

  • Delivering food, water, and emergency aid
  • Providing wheelchairs to the disabled
  • Discipling and caring for refugees
  • Teaching sound Biblical theology
  • Hosting conferences for pastors, their wives, and leaders—to strengthen them through worship, prayer, and the Word

These people are not giving up—and neither should we.

As James 1:27 reminds us:

"Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows during their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you."

We don’t have to stand by and watch these battles unfold from afar.

Here’s how you can help:

  1. Pray for peace, protection, and boldness for the Church in the Middle East.
  2. Give to support aid, discipleship, and leadership training in the region.
  3. Share this message to raise awareness and rally more believers to action.
  4. Partner with us as we bring the presence of Jesus into the heart of the suffering.

Let’s be peacemakers. Let’s be light in the dark.
